Meditation-what is?

MEDITATION IS BEING 100% IN WHAT U HAVE IN HAND AT ANY POINT IN TIME.

Once I met a swami ji from Mongheyer Ashram, he defined meditation aswhat the hand is doing the eyes are seeing and the mind is thinking and my brazillian friend Ka always says we are here now.I learnt it from the river too that despite the fact that we at once belong to past and future but the present is inherent in past as well as future.Present is the only answer to meditation.THIS moment is ETERNITY. This very moment has all the wisdom of the past and the future in itself.ITS THE TOTALITY OF TIME. BEING a LINGUIST I KNOW THAT ALL TIME IS ONE.WHEN I SAY I AM DOING IT I HAVE ALREADY DONE IT.THERE IS NO MEANING IN SAYING I WILL DO IT FOR YOU DO NOT KNOW. ITS STRANGE BUT TRUE THAT OUR GRAMMER OUR LANGUAGE OUR CONCEPT OF TIME IS ALL DECEPTIVE.THE TRUTH IS NOW HERE... IT MEANS EVERYTHING.

in fact the only true sentence is the present form of be i.e is/am/are. because when i use present continuous tense i say i am going to do it it actually refers to future when i use present perfect it mens i have done it in the past so the true to time sentence shall be i do it this too mens ithat i did it in the past and shall do it in the future! so the whole truth is that whatever you do do it with all your heart allyour mind all your soul in it when you are in the present only then you are simultaneously in past as well as future.
